Do you offer free delivery across the UK?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders across mainland UK. Scottish Highlands and some remote areas may have additional charges.
Can I choose my own fabric and colour?
Absolutely! Most of our beds are available in a wide range of fabric colours and finishes. Simply select your preference on the product page.
How long does assembly take?
Most beds take between 30–60 minutes to assemble. Full instructions are included, and our optional assembly service is also available.
Are your beds suitable for all mattress types?
Yes, all Comfy Nest bed frames are compatible with memory foam, pocket sprung, hybrid, and orthopaedic mattresses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options including Klarna and Clearpay.
Do your ottoman beds have a weight limit?
Our ottoman storage beds are built to last, with a recommended weight capacity of up to 300kg. Full specs are listed on each product page.
Is there a warranty on your beds?
Yes! All Comfy Nest beds come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship.
