Order Tracking
At Comfy Nest, we aim to provide full transparency and peace of mind throughout your shopping experience. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. When your order has been processed and dispatched, a separate shipping confirmation email will be sent, including your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
Tracking Information
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched. During this time, the courier system may still be updating the shipment status. Once active, you will be able to monitor your order’s progress, including transit updates and the estimated delivery date.

While we strive to ensure accurate and timely updates, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

If you have created an account with Comfy Nest, you can log in at any time to view your order status and tracking details from your account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, you can use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email to follow your order.
Delays or Issues
If you have not received your tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, or if your tracking status has not updated for several days, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
